These FreeStyle Test Strips work with the Freestyle Lite Blood Glucose Monitor and the Freestyle Freedom Blood Glucose Monitor.

NB: DVLA Guidelines for patients with Insulin Treated Diabetes (Type 1)

• Always carry your blood glucose meter & test strips with you
• Test your blood glucose before your first journey
• Stop every two hours on long journeys and test
• If your blood glucose is 5.0 mmol/l or less, take a snack
• If it is less than 4.0 mmol/l or you feel hypoglycaemic, do not drive
